Information and Support
We provide care to individuals funding their care privately ( Self funders), those receiving direct payments, personal health budgets and those whose care is being commissioned by the local authority or the NHS.
When you contact with us, we will arrange to undertake an assessment of your needs, will discuss the level and type of support that you require and will provide you with a quote.
The care packages we offer are tailored to meet your individual needs, we however recognise that calls less than one hour may not always allow carers to provide quality time or care if they are rushing.
If the local authority is commissioning your care, they will decide on the length of care calls and your care budget based upon their assessment of your care needs.
