Our Live-in care service caters for people who need care and support with activities of daily living, but also wish to remain living as independently as possible in their own homes. Most people prefer to remain living at home, making this an alternative to residential care. Our live-in care service enables you or your loved one to receive personalised professional support 24-hours-a-day, in your home.
Our compassionate carers can assist with:
- Help with light cleaning, help with laundry
- Shopping, budgeting and cooking
- serving meals and drinks and encouraging to eat and drink sufficiently.
- Companionship
- Accompanying you to activities you enjoy such as going for walks
- Reminding you to take your medication
- Support to attend doctor's appointments, dental, opticians or any other appointments
- Help with general administrative tasks, such as checking post and reminding you to pay your bills
- Helping with your pet care such assisting with feeding your cat or dog
- Any other support that is identified during the assessment process.
